BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE

The Franklin Clubhouse, a part of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee, is helping all young people, ages 5-18, succeed through curriculum-based targeted programs and high yield activities designed to help Club Members reach our priority outcomes: academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character and leadership.

 

BRIGHTSTONE 

BrightStone’s mission is to provide a comprehensive work, social support, and residential community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), expanding their potential and helping them develop mentally, physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

 

COMMUNITY CHILD CARE, INC.

Our mission is to provide a nurturing and safe childcare program. Our qualified staff offers a solid and remarkable academic environment that teaches to each child’s individual needs.

 

DAVIS HOUSE/ WILLIAMSON COUNTY CHILD ADVOCACY CENTER 

Davis House’s mission is to provide investigative, advocacy, family support, and therapeutic services to children who have experienced sexual or significant physical abuse or other traumatic events, as well as trauma-informed community education, designed to guide our towns and civic spaces to be safer and more resilient for children.

 

FRANKTOWN OPEN HEARTS MINISTRY, INC.

FrankTown Open Hearts is committed to the success of Franklin’s inner-city youth. We provide Christ-centered mentoring through weekly vocational education and experiences that prepare our underserved youth for the future.

 

FRANKLIN TRANSIT

Franklin Transit Authority provides fixed-route transportation service and Transit On Demand curb-to-curb transportation service 6 days a week throughout Franklin at a low cost. 

 

GRACEWORKS MINISTRIES

GraceWorks Ministries was established in 1995 to meet the needs of local low-income residents by providing food, personal hygiene items, diapers, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies available through their Food Pantry. Gently used furniture, clothing, shoes, household goods are for sale through the GraceWorks Thrift Store.

 

HIGH HOPES

High Hopes is a non-profit preschool and pediatric therapy clinic serving children of all abilities in middle Tennessee. Our mission is to equip children, youth, and their families, with the skills necessary to succeed through education, therapeutic services, and loving support.

 

THE NOOK

The NOOK is a resource center that provides basic essentials (things like coats, shoes, socks, underwear, shirts, pants, basic and feminine hygiene) to students in our community’s schools on demand at the request of a school nurse, counselor or social worker.

 

SADDLE UP!

Saddle Up’s mission is to impact the lives of children and young adults with disabilities by providing opportunities to grow and develop through therapeutic, educational and recreational experiences with horses. We bring that mission to life through eight unique programs delivered on our 34-acre farm in Franklin, Tennessee.

 

SLEEP IN HEAVENLY PEACE INC.

Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP) founders saw that many organizations offer aid to families in need in the form of food, clothing, and toys, but rarely suitable beds or beddings to children in these families. SHP believes that beds are a basic need for the proper physical, emotional, and mental support that a child needs.

 

SOLO PARENT SOCIETY

Solo Parent Society empowers single parents by unlocking their emotional, spiritual, and physical potential. Through their tailored programs and nurturing community, they address and embrace parents’ unique needs and challenges, transforming adversity into strength – guiding families and their children on a path toward healing and sustained success.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY CASA, INC.

Williamson County CASA advocates for abused and neglected children in the juvenile court system, walking beside them every step of the way and ensuring their voices are heard in court. Our vision is for every child to be in a safe and permanent home, transforming their stories from heartache to hope.

 

WAVES, INC.

Since 1973, Waves has provided programming and support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help them live as independently as possible. Today, Waves also provides support to children with developmental delays or disabilities through developmental therapy. As a provider through Tennessee Early Intervention Services (TEIS) and the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD), Waves Early Learning Program helps children in 7+ Middle TN counties. Through State waivers, Waves services are free to recipients.
