The City of Franklin is seeking volunteers for its information desk in City Hall.
Purpose: Provide support at the Information Desk in City Hall.
Reports to: Assistant City Recorder
Days/Hours: Monday - Friday; 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
- Provide information to citizens and direct the to various departments
- Receive, greet, and give verbal directions to visitors to get them to appropriate person or office
- Answer questions about the organization and associated activities
- Perform all other duties as requested and/or directed
