Public hearings allow residents to comment on current issues involving the City. They are required for items related to Annexations, Development Plans, and Plans of Service. However, Public Hearings can be used on other items.

Public hearings are advertised in the Williamson Herald or Tennessean prior to being placed on the Board of Mayor and Aldermen agenda where they will be discussed. If you have questions or would like to request a copy of a public hearing notice, please contact the City Recorder’s Office at recorder@franklintn.gov.
