  1. Lewisburg Pike from Mack Hatcher to Carnton Ln.  
    • Carriage Park residents must enter through Polk Place
    • Heath Place residents must enter from downtown
    • No access to either from Mack Hatcher
  2. 3rd Ave N between N Margin & 4th Ave

The City of Franklin has partnered with the USGS, on several gauges in the Harpeth River that provide real-time water quality data. The City also operates and maintains three monitors on the Harpeth River as defined in the City's NPDES permit
