Reports filed with the Franklin Police Department may be public record. Requests for inspection or duplication are granted in accordance with Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 5. Requests for copies of reports/records must be submitted HERE.  Confidential information will be redacted before copies are provided or inspection permitted.

The Franklin Police Department only provides Tennessee citizens access to public records maintained by the Franklin Police Department; proof of residency required
