The City Planning & Sustainability Department is working with Town Planning & Urban Design Collaborative, LLC (TPUDC) to update the City Zoning Ordinance. The goal of the update is to guide the type of high-quality, vibrant and sustainable development prescribed by Envision Franklin. The key outreach event is called PlanapaloozaTM which is an ordinance demonstration and design process where stakeholders and the community are invited to work directly with a multidisciplinary consultant team. All public meetings will be held in the City Hall Training Room.
