Plan Review Portal

Franklin utilizes an online Plan Review Portal called GeoCivix for development applications where you may submit applications, upload plan sets, and pay fees entirely online.  Thank you for using our Plan Review Portal.

How to Register

Once you visit the Plan Review Portal, click “Register” in the upper right corner to fill out the online registration form.  After you submit, you will receive an activation link in your email.  Click this link to activate your registration.  You will then receive a second email confirming your acceptance.  After this is completed, you’ll be able to log in and access the online portal.

You’ll receive e-mails at every stage of review for your item from “Contractors Plan Room”.

Select the Application

Franklin has a number of different application types.  We encourage you to contact Current Planning Staff for assistance in selecting the right application and process.  Find out if you need to schedule a required meeting prior to submitting an application.

Uploading Plans
