Procedural Information

Applicants for site plans and final plats are required to enter into a Performance Agreement with the City when they are not able to complete and dedicate required public improvements, private infrastructure, or install all required landscape materials prior to requesting a Building Permit.  Performance Agreements ensure the improvements and landscape will be completed as approved through the posting of a monetary surety.  Additionally, Maintenance Agreements are also required following the installation and dedication of improvements, infrastructure, and landscape materials to ensure proper maintenance. The Application User Guide will help guide you through the process.
