Below are memos containing items submitted for plan review.  We have an Initial Submittal and a Resubmittal cycle.  The Resubmittal memo contains the actual items that are either Administratively approved by staff or items that must go before the Franklin Municipal Planning Commission.  You may click on the links below to open the memo.  To view the actual plan submittal you can click this link https://franklin.idtplans.com/secure/ and select Public Viewer.  When you select Public Viewer you will see all submittals that have been to the City of Franklin.   Please note some of these plans are very large and documents and will take time to download.  You must have adobe software to view.
