City of Franklin Parks Facilities Available for Rent
Pavilions available for rental Monday through Saturday
All City of Franklin Parks are "first come first serve" unless they are rented. Please call the Parks Office at 615-794-2103 for more information and to secure a reservation.
All Sundays and holiday weekends are "first come first serve."
We have eight pavilions which can be rented:
- Aspen Grove Park
- Fieldstone Park (2 pavilions available)
- Jim Warren Park (2 pavilions available)
- Pinkerton Park (3 pavilions available)
All of the pavilions have a playground, a grill space and a restroom within a reasonable distance. The pavilions (except for the two Fieldstone and the River Pavilions) are all equipped with electrical outlets and lighting.
Please call the Parks Office at 615-794-2103 to check availability prior to submitting your application.
Pavilion Reservation Application
Fill out the application above and email it to parksinfo@franklintn.gov.
Pavilions are not reserved until payment and the application are approved by Parks. The application contains information about Policies, Terms, and Conditions. If not emailed, a Parks pavilion application may be dropped off at our Eastern Flank Event Facility at 1368 Eastern Flank Circle Franklin, TN 37064 between 8am - 4:30pm.
Eastern Flank Event Facility
Located at 1368 Eastern Flank Circle in Eastern Battlefield Park. The facility includes a 1,120 square feet meeting room and a smaller meeting room/bar of 912 square feet. Adjacent to the property is a large outdoor event lawn. This site is frequently rented for weddings, private parties, meetings, and fundraisers.

The Park at Harlinsdale Farm
The Park at Harlinsdale Farm is located at 239 Franklin Road and offers an outdoor event lawn for rentals. The location is also a popular spot for 5K's and other racing and walking events. The Tractor Supply Co. Arena is also available for rent.
