1) Qualified applicants will be invited to participate in 3 phases of the testing process on Test Day (they must pass each phase before advancing to the next):
2) Applicants are required to RSVP with their chosen test date, at which time they will receive test day details and instructions. Applicants who are not able to test on that date or fail to show up will be disqualified. There are no make-up testing dates.
3) Applicants who complete all phases of the testing process will be ranked on a Certification List to assess all candidates’ education, experience, certifications, and panel interview scores. The Certification List is valid for 6 months and as vacancies occur during this period, candidates will receive conditional job offers.
4) Job offers are contingent on passing a polygraph examination, pre-employment physical, psychological evaluation, and full background investigation.
5) Once all pre-employment tests are completed and passed by the candidates, start dates are confirmed with the candidates and the job offer is no longer conditional.
