Temporary Modification to City of Franklin Beer Permits

 

Pursuant the Executive Order issued by Franklin Mayor Dr. Ken Moore on March 20, 2020 declaring a local state of emergency, businesses who have current on-site beer permits may apply for a temporary permit with the City to fill growlers and to sell beer curbside to patrons.

To qualify, Applicants must have a valid on-site beer permit and must also be providing
food purchases curbside to the public.

There will be no fee for the temporary permit. Applicants can apply at www.franklintn.gov/covid-19 or www.franklintn.gov/BeerPermit.

Permits are temporary and will expire when the Mayor’s Executive Order Expires.
