Entries must meet the guidelines of patriotic, non-political, non-commercial, decency, and must be Veteran focused and based in Williamson County. All entries will be reviewed by the Parade Chairmen. No political or promotional signage may be displayed during the parade and no political or promotional materials may be distributed along the parade route.  Throwing candy or any other items from moving or stationary vehicles along the parade route is prohibited.  The City of Franklin reserves the right to remove/deny any entry that does not meet the established guidelines.  

Understanding that participation in the Franklin Veterans Day Parade is completely voluntary, I, the undersigned, agree to hold harmless the City of Franklin in the unlikely event of any accident or occurrence which causes or may cause damage or harm to myself and/or property and that of any others who participate as a part of your group or organization and those who may be participating in a support role of my organization and those who may be taking direction from myself or other members of our group or organization. I/we agree to abide by all ordinances and regulations of the City of Franklin and all State and Federal Laws. I/we also affirm and understand that at no time will items (candy, trinkets etc.) be thrown from any vehicle to any parade spectators.
