Short Term Vacation Rentals are residential dwelling units rented in their entirety for time periods less than 21 days. Please review the documents below for details. Submit your application to the Building and Neighborhood Services in order to gain approval to operate a Short Term Vacation Rental. Effective November 7^th, 2022 the City of Franklin will only accept electronic applications for Short Term Vacation Rentals. Here is a how-to document to walk you through the submittal process.
