Building Permits

The Building and Neighborhood Services Department now requires all construction plans submitted for residential or commercial projects be submitted through our electronic plan review system. The plans should be submitted in .pdf format with all pages in order and labeled. The only exception to this will be if the project has already been submitted or permitted with paper copies.

You will be prompted to submit any trade permit application once you have filled out the required fields. This will automatically send us your application.
