Franklin Police seeking information about this man who used a stolen credit card

Franklin Police are trying to identify this man who used a stolen credit card at the Kroger on Murfreesboro Road on 12-8-2019. The credit card had been stolen earlier that day from a vehicle on Stanton Hall Lane in Franklin. There is a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to his arrest.
