Crime Stoppers Cash offered for ID of stolen credit card crook

Franklin Police and Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward for information on a suspect wanted for using a stolen credit card. It happened at the Columbia Avenue Target. The suspect got away with more than $300 in merchandise.
