
FRANKLIN, Tenn. (Sept. 4, 2025) – The Franklin Police Department will host its annual 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony on Thursday, September 11, at 8 a.m. at Franklin Police Headquarters, 900 Columbia Avenue.
The Franklin Fire Department will partner in the program, which provides the community with an opportunity to come together in solemn reflection. The ceremony will honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, while also paying tribute to the survivors and first responders whose courage continues to inspire.
This public ceremony is open to all, and community members are encouraged to attend and join Franklin Police and Franklin Fire in remembering the lives lost and the heroes who answered the call.
