Franklin, TN – Police and rescue workers responded to an injury crash in the 1200 block of Murfreesboro Road at 7:15pm Wednesday. Harjinder Singh, 41, of Memphis, was traveling south on Center Pointe Place when he crossed the center line and sideswiped a car traveling north, forcing the driver of that car off of the road and onto the sidewalk. That driver was entrapped and had to be extricated before she was transported to the Vanderbilt University Medical Center.


Singh, charged with DUI and Violation of Implied Consent is free on a $3,500 bond and due in court on 09/01/2011 at 2:00pm.
