Becky currently serves as the Director of the Solid Waste Department for the City of Franklin. She has worked for the City since 1999. She has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Becky is a member of many organizations including Leadership Franklin, American Public Works Association, the Solid Waste Association of North America and a graduate of the University of Tennessee/MTAS Municipal Management Academy (MMA).
Becky serves as an instructor for the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA). She is a SWANA certified Transfer Systems Manager, SWANA certified Collection Systems Manager, and SWANA certified Municipal Solid Waste Systems Manager.
