The Traffic/Transportation Engineer manages most of the Franklin’s roadway programs. These include the Neighborhood Traffic Calming, establishment of bonds and fees associated with development review. The Traffic/Transportation Engineer reviews Traffic Impact Analysis and sets guidelines for how the analyses are conducted.
