The Franklin Police Department Records Section is located in the main lobby of Police Headquartners, 900 Columbia Avenue. Free parking is available on the south side, adjacent to Plaza Street. The Records Section is the central repository for all police reports, accident reports, and citations filed by Franklin Police.
City code requires that any business or residence with an alarm system obtain a permit. The permit fee is $10.00, and permits expire every December 31. Yearly renewal is $5.00.
