The utility payment dropbox on Second Avenue is inoperable until further notice. Options for Recycling (for Business and Residential):

City of Franklin Solid Waste Department  accepts old Batteries, OIl, Paint, Anti-freeze, and Electronics for recycle from Monday-Friday, 6:30am-2:00pm at the City of Franklin Solid Waste Department, 417 Century Court 37064, 794-1516.  The City will also lease or purchase cardboard recycling dumpster boxes to businesses and provide regular service to them. 

The City incorporated blue bag, curbside recycling into the existing curbside services offered to residential customers on July 12, 2010. 

Earth Savers offers recycling collection to all types of businesses, organizations, and residences in the Nashville area.  They collect paper, cardboard, plastics, styrofoam, metal cans, electronics, and glass and offer a secure shredding program.  Mention that you are a Live Green Partner and EarthSavers will give you one month of service free!

Williamson County operates two residential recycling convenience centers in Franklin that take paper, cardboard, plastics, glass, aluminum, and tin cans.  Please check the list of items that can be recycled. 

(For Business/Commercial Recycling Only):

Glass may be taken to Sumrall Recycling at 420 Century Ct. and is also accepted at the drop-off convenience centers.

WAVES Inc, located in downtown Franklin, operates a recycling pick up service. Businesses in the Franklin, Cool Springs, and Brentwood areas are able to recycle office paper and aluminum cans through this service.  WAVES is a local non-profit that provides services and programs for people with developmental disabilities.
