Franklin Police and Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward for information about two suspects who nearly ran over an officer and wrecked four Franklin Police cars during their dangerous escape in a stolen car.

(Video and pictures removed after learning that the driver is sixteen)

It happened Thursday night at the Academy Sports on Mallory Lane. Franklin PD Flex Officers located an unoccupied stolen car in the parking lot that two shoplifting suspects from an earlier call were believed to be driving. At 8:30 pm, Officers approached the suspects who were re-entering that stolen car. That’s when the driver crashed into four unmarked Franklin Police cars and nearly ran over a police officer during the dangerous getaway.

A cash reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information on these at-large felony suspects
