City offices are open. Garbage and Recycling pick up will be delayed this week due to snow.  Please leave roll-outs and blue bags at curb as allowed until we catch up.  Crews may be working through the weekend depending on weather.

Franklin Police ask for help locating runaway

Franklin Police are asking for help with finding a missing 16-year-old boy. Julius Forrest was last seen at a Franklin group home on July 11. Despite an exhaustive search, Forrest has not been located. Concern is growing that Forrest might be in danger, and Franklin Police are asking for the public’s help to find him.
